It is legit, no worries. Yes, the chams work great, but you can't toggle them on/off ingame. You start up a loader, where you can choose which features you want to play with. There are a couple of Options, which include different features like no grass, no ***, no landscape and so on. If you want to try an other option, you have to quit the game and start the game via the loader again. I mostly play with Option 3 or 4, yellow chams and no grass & no recoil.

PUBGMOD it's not really an ESP the game files are changed so everyone is wearing yellow clothes so you can spot them miles away, weapons on the group are big round ***** to make it easier to see. There are also many other options like no recoil, no grass, no walls. It's a legit and great cheat.
