I can share some of my experience.
Used IWantCheats for a lot of other games and got banned every time after a few days. They do not excel at anti cheat protection despite they tell you so.
Therefore I would rate it Untrusted not scam, they have a cheat, they just lie about the "undetected" thing.
Then there is

which I used also. They where undetected a long time but then when they where detected the stated it out in the forum and the cheat was disabled until they fixed it. In DayZ they disabled it permanently after my 2nd ban.
It should actually be in the trusted category, since they are pretty quick in disabling when the first players get banned. As long as you don't play every day and not after game updates you are more or less on the safe side.
And last there is PrivateCheatz, which is stated several times to be scam. They have actually a working PUBG cheat (everything except wall hack isn't working, but they have one). Playing for over two weeks, not being banned.
Lot of people here say it's scam, but it's not. They even answer to your support request. And they have a trial version (of course not free, but to test for a few days).
They have also other cheats like Escape form Tarkov that do not work and they told me they where looking into it. And the cheat for GR:Wildlands they have on their website is not existing. That's bad.
Unfortunately they don't have a forum or list their detection rate, that's why they looked suspicious to me as well. Communication is not transparent.
Not sure what it needs to be trusted in this list, for me it is regarding PUBG.
I will let you know, once the cheat is detected.
