This list is not updated anymore. You can post scammers and ask if people scam aslong they are not selling on elitepvpers, if they do check out the feedback in their threads.

Buy only from people with high rep + long time registered + proof. If you dont like taking risk wait until people buy the cheat and give feedback.
Note: Many scammers use multi accounts or friends to post feedback. Do your research and dont spend money like a stupid idiot.

1. Open up a epvp post where you claim to list legit and scammy providers
2. Put your own and friends websites at the very top of the "legit" part
3. Put competitors at the "scammer" end

VisualHacks has already been legit. After greed have gone to his head, he turned scammer. I already used his R6S cheat, it was very good at the time. Too bad he turned scammer
