Scammer. First there was a delay of two days to send the program. He said it was a problem with Paypal. A pubxyz program was sent and then he said that they updated the hack and sent a completely different program that was no longer compatible with my video card. I asked for the refund and he said he would send it to me in a few days. After 8 days from the date of purchase I can not access his discord or send a message because he blocked me, and I never received the money back. I have all the prints of the negotiation, I'll post as soon as he responds.
