Its $200 for first month, covers basic Research and Development.. No ones gonna sell a cheap month cheat when it's taken a lot of time and effort, so first month is expensive, then its $100 for each other month.

Thing is, i can copypaste an ID in a few minutes. Make a new one etc. no problem. I can print it out make a photo and write smth on a paper make a pic as evidence im a new guy. Without thr connection to paypal you cannot identify an individual. Also your not the only one here offering PUBG Cheats.

My developer just wants ID, it's to stop people reselling, and we have a list of chargebackers/snitches. This would prevent future problems for us.

Oh, and customers use PP on second payment, avoid high chance of chargebacks
