Netlimiter?

Can someone explain how to use this program to cause increased warping? Ive tried messing with it and it just causes me to timeout.

Tell me if i am wrong but this is how i belive it should work

Dowstream :- how fast you recive information from server / orther players

Upstream :- how fast you send your informaion to the server / other players

so by going on that you would want to limmit your upstream so you see players were they are but other players see you a 1-2sec behind your position.

but planetside only uses about 0.83kb maximum of upstream but you can only limit it to 1.00kb so therfor you cant limit your upstream.

now planetside has fixed warping isues and instead of warping to ppl it gives you an estimated position and aslong as they hit you in that estimated position you will still take damage jst a little bit later than usual.

Therefor trying to warp realy isnt a great advantage now that SOE have implemented this warping fix.

my netlimiter lets me limit it to as low as i want, so i have been tweaking with it fot the best affect for warping, i am unable to master it. anyone know what i should set my incoming and outgoing to on planetside? and should this be in short bursts just before fights or all the time?
