The only way to perma-ban someone is to ban the whole ip-range of his isp and even then, he can use proxies or(if he's willing enough) switch to a new isp.
But most unfortunatly (for SOE) that's illegal to do where I live unless I have committed a crime. Which I don't have, as the law says nothing about cheating in games.

Actually it is against the law. That agreement that you say "Agree" to every time you start PS is a legally binding document.
The thing you are talking about is the EULA or End User License Agreement
Breaking an agreement is definitely not against the law.
But you're somehow right, it doesn't matter, SOE can ban every single individual or ip range if they want to, they just wouldn't have any paying customer anymore. But there is no fricking law that states, that every page on the net has to be available to the public, they are allowed to let in everyone they want and on the other hand ban everyone they want.
The only situation they could get into trouble with would be if the EULA wouldn't state an exclusion(=ban) off of PlanetSide in case you do anything that is against the EULA.
Do whatever you want, cheat, hack, exploit, I don't care, but don't expect to be on the winner's side if you go to court after being banned for cheating(which would be plain dumb imho, but nvm).
Do the reserves require you to enter a credit card number?, wonder how many of you play your reserve account on the same machine as ur live account, I also wonder how many people back in the day clicked "yes" scan my pc for hardware changes and send this to SOE..

You are quite right, the agreement counts for nothing. And as I'm not 18 yet, I can not make a legal agreement, since it's not valid without the aprooval of my guardians (they have to sign it). Further more, even if I would had been 18 I would have to sign the agreement for it to be valid.
I think I know a little more about Swedish law than you do (I live in Sweden and my mom is a lawyer). And it sais that they are not allowed to ban my IP unless I do something that is illegal acording to Swedish law but they can ban my acount.
And you can be **** sure that I would sue SOE if they baned my IP, as they have commited a crime agains me.
Since your not 18 the agreement counts for nothing so you can sue ****. AND swedish law isnt applicable to a service provided in the us/ and or the netherlands.

Yes it is, look at the Ads, we don't have 'm in europe.
why dont you use a file hoster such as filelodge. you keep using the same hoster which each time bans it. doesnt take a genious to relise to use a different hoster from the hundreds out there.
