Smile AFK-Bot?

Hi.

I've a question (like the title says). Does these "pros" have an afk-Bot. So I mean the guys who have 25k Points but 0 kills / 0deaths. The guys who are ever at one biolab/amp station etc.
How coud they have such a high score without getting kicked for being afk?
