Rate of Fire once again

Hello
I have already learnt how to hack the cone of fire and vanu max capacitor, but so far i couldnt manage to find the RoF value. I tried laughing's BFR hint, but i failed. Could anyone, who knows how to hack it, send me a PM with details, or some new hints at least?

Dude, BFR is the way to go.... thats the only hint you are going to get, and the only help you are going to get, srry m8

How are you guys able to dmg the BFR? When I pull a VR BFR and shoot it, I get the warning pop up about hitting friendlies.
