Jade Dynasty Private Server

Ive began to notice that we are finally starting to get some JD private servers which is awesome since normal server went to all the donators >.<

But anyhow, I cant seem to find a server where i can go instant tier 5 instead of having to do quests. I just want to be able to try out all the characters maxxed out so i can see what i wanna go next. If anyone can show me a link i would GREATLY appreciate it.

all you need is:
*internet connection
*web browser
*Google.com
*basic knowledges of linux
*MySql/SQL
*ability to read and understand
*knowing about ur own network configuration

thats all about it and you can have ur own "test server" on ur very own PC
