depends actually
mostly ranged charrs since good botting can save you whole boundle of hp pots/charms
melee charrs will pick drops easier since auto pick up skill will always be in range.
My proposition go with veno, either heavy fox form build, so you can pick drops, or arcane with min lvl of cast skills for closer range and picking up drops, in any build good thing is that your pet will take 99.9% of dmg.
