there isn't any editors just textures so far O_o

i got one but if i use it on PH it crush errr i cant run edited skills effects in PW-PH @_@

Use Photoshop with the .dds plugin, if you cant find the plugin then Google it :3
2. use pwpack to unpack the Gfx.pck and mess around and enjoy,

whats the use when it only be client side. lol
