Slingshot bullets for any class?

As u know, there are -5% cast time bullets, that can be used with slingshot. Normaly u can only equip +1% crit arrows, but is it possible with some hack to equip slingshot or just bullets? It would bring nice advantage to casters..

you can edit sling so you can wear it clientsided but server checks before you wear on something your ability to wear it

That doesn't help, slingshot is restricted to EAs only.
