How do I edit another GM's Console? 1.4.4

[protott]

I'm trying to edit a GM's console so we can restrict the power of said GM but pwAdmin doesn't seem to work, can anyone shed some light?

Ohhhh right you are talking about 1.4.4, my mistake.

I can write a script for it but I can't do that if I don't know what I am working with, send me the files and I can write you a script in a day
