who has a complete tutorial how to edit and how to use the GM command perfect world, I distress to edit the NPC, levels, and how it could be level 150. please is aid and guidance so that I could make a perfect game perfect world ..... ASAP !!!!!!

What exactly are you requesting here? If you want to "hack" official game, then forget it, its not possible, at least not with the GM console

If you wish infos on pServers and their development, then search around a bit - everyone can create a simple server nowadays, its not like it was when 1.2.8 server leaked from brazil and no one had a flying clue how to do it. Its well researched now.
