PerfectWorld Dupe hack

I can confirm this. Both Harshlands and Sanctuary servers on PWI are flooded with Love:Up&Down's in the AH, being sold for 200m each.

The duper himself posted the hack, but only after it stopped working.

You can all say goodbye to any kind of duping going on in PWI after this fiasco.

The guy's first language is not English, but the way he duped is legit.

Now we just have to wait for a new and improved method, since the old one doesn't work anymore. Quite sad actually, but PWI is going down.

It was done via the website through the DQ reward system and switching out numbers and ID using google chrome. You can evidently do it with the JB facebook too. I've been looking into it ever since I heard about it but I'm not getting anywhere.

Lol thats it? PWE coders actually made this whole thing browser sided with the ability to access a function wich would grand you every ID you wanted?

Gotta love the incompetence of the PWI dev team

Now I wonder if there's a new way to do it from the website, Im trying to do it with tamperdata but I'm hitting a few roadblocks. any pointers? For now I'm just trying to get more of an item from the dq page.

You can get more than the max qty from the dq page, but not if you dont have the point for it lol. Then again, all you need for that is javascript

Figured that, tried it with perfect stones but I think I messed up, though I'm not much of a computer person so

. though I do believe in the incompetence of PW and do hope they mess up like this again, because this was relatively easy to figure out <3

It was pretty much necessary to use when they accidentally removed the ability to adjust the qty in the menu. That's when I noticed lol

Just so you know, the whole Love Up and Down scroll thing took place on Raging tide server as well. But now here's the thing, I know a guy that has 14 Love Up and down tomes and also is advertising that he's selling 61 Dragon Orb Ocean. It seems like he's been duplicating for quite some time now as he I saw him drop 15 Citrine gems on the ground once. I'm not sure how recently he made the items, but he has them now. And he doesn't seem to be too bright.
