Chargeback your paypal payment and try to report his char to pwi. Best case scenario you'll get your money back and he'll get banned. I hate idiots like this guy who think they're smart, hope he gets what he deserves.

he sent the money as a gift... impossible to chargeback a gift. (but you could try to stop payment with your CC company)

You can chargeback a gifted transaction just as easily as any other form of payment on paypal. Gifting simply allows the buyer to pay the paypal fees rather than the seller but in no way makes the transaction any safer.

Go to internet cafe or something and make new pwi acc so urself dont get ban. Show this ss to GM with ur new acc and make him get i.p banned.
