After payment is made, they send RealVNC credentials to login to the server and proton email login credentials.
Unfortunately, when I tried to login the the proton email address, it did not exist, so I created it. I then installed RealVNC Viewer and tried to login with the provided RealVNC credentials. RealVNC states it has sent a verification email, but none is ever received, not even the in the junk/spam folder.
I contacted support and they said they were able to login to the server with no issues. So clearly they either gave me incorrect credentials, which support denies.
