I don't think that's possible, we'll add it if it is though!

For now you can use remote ban to ban players from the server which is not the same but more or less achieves a similar result.

If you spawn item will they stay? For offline servers? For example I spawn 100 pokeballs will my guild be able to access those pokeball if i put them in the chest? Or do they disappear if i leave the game?

Also does this mean i can spawn guns/anykind of poke ***** even i dont have them unlock yet?

Yep, you can even spawn in unreleased/developer items . You can share all items, put them in storage boxes etc
