Post Overwatch custom models

Are there anyone here willing to share how to get custom models into Overwatch 2? Ive made a private server for Overwatch 1 and have made a mod there to create custom skins (ai is very helping there) but when it comes to doing anything to Overwatch 2 it refuses.
