Can anyone tell me if Overwatch 2 is doing HWID bans?

No they dont hwid ban they just flag ur pc and u can fix with cleaning properly or windows reinstall

They dont HWID ban entirely. however they do have a flagging system means if u cheeted before and use a purchased account u can get the account closure email.
Not a cheating email
