I'll just say based on my experience (its very little)
I've used Wyvern, Xenon, Swan and other externals in the past, forgot what their names were, and so far I've had the best experience with Wyvern compared to the rest, I can't vouch for their "security", since I'm not well versed in how overwatch bans function in general, but I managed to climb to gm using it, on past experiences I did get banned from using wyvern, everytime someone ever mentions that I've been reported etc, but thats a thing in the past since I've learnt more about the game etc etc and nobody called me out ever since (for the past 2-3 months iirc).
Wyvern has very good/smooth aimbot/trigger and tons of features + if im not mistaken its internal so u wont experience huge performance issues etc. If you don't want to go for Wyvern, which is understandable, another one you can go for is currently Xenon, but I've heard they're having ban issues either currently or recently, I havent been keeping up with them.
So TLDR; go for wyvern and as long as you dont get reported you'll be fine, if not, go for xenon or u can search for dmas
