If you have no experience, start with foundational languages like python (very basic), C++ (memory manipulation) - even Javascript to learn about script writing. Start with small projects on things like single player games so you can manage the workload.
Eventually you want to learn more advanced things like reverse engineering by learning assembly language but this is a long process that takes A LOT of effort - some of the top cheat developers have been reversing for many years
There are surprisingly some decent youtube videos on anticheat systems that explain them for people who are unfamiliar, might be worth you checking out. Guided hacking is great too, check that out.
