The spoofer runtime module is just half of it, you have to follow all the instructions not just running the spoofer. For latest spoofer updates use

We have gathered enough feedback to say that fixes 99% of hwid bans.

Overwatch also tracks the software you have installed on your system and in rare cases it's used as criteria for hwid which is something we do not handle at the moment and in that case a reinstall is still required.
