Seeming like you doesn't have any VPN running (and it won't affect your timezone anyways), I searched through the weather.gov database and found a few places where it was 4:16PM 10/31/23 compared to my timezone, out of those places were
LA, Las Vegas, etc and Vancouver and your old username on your zander.traps is
"hendersonmartha" which is a canadian sailor
