Banned on Overwatch 2

So i've never been banned before today on OW2. I was using Hyperflick and a lobby reported me. I know this cause they said it. I still have access to everything else on my battle.net account but not overwatch. I submitted a ticket. Am I screwed ?

That particular account is deff screwed. clean ur pc and change ur ip aswell before making a new account orelse the new acc will be screwed aswell.
