Regarding RijiN, we don't ban customers randomly from the software and never have. We penalise resellers for violating our seller rules, but we don't want to ban customers or lose out on money from customers. You should speak to senator#3715, Chandre#7862, or static#3858, and they'll all tell you that only resellers are penalised for violating our selling policies (such as underselling and scamming or trying to ruin other resellers reputations), and this is to protect the interests of our customers and protect our market.

You're listed as an at-risk provider because I've had three people providing me with evidence that you've taken money (from $100 all the way to $2000) and then banned them or their access.

However, I am still waiting on more evidence to ensure it is authentic and not manipulated before l decide if you will remain where you're listed or put you back up to legit.

There are very few circumstances where it is acceptable to keep someone's money. I understand if they're using your name to scam, then I would agree that it is ok. But if someone is doing something such as underselling or whatever else, there are other ways to punish them than to steal their money.

And you're assuming these people haven't come to you for competition-related reasons. We don't just delete peoples keys for no reason, and the person you are about in question was given OVER 5 warnings to stop selling our keys for $2 a piece; he won't tell you this because he was mad, he got caught.

We have to protect our interests at the end of the day and on these other "two people". We literally have no interest in banning people for any reason. The only people that are banned are those caught to be cracking or manipulating the cheats behaviour, Contact me on discord (senator#3715) and I can legitimately show you all the evidence and chat logs with this reseller in question you need. We've been up for 4-5 years in the market and what do we get from banning 2-3 customers when we are making 100x more than this a day. Come on now buddy.

If you can provide me with the accounts of the two people "banned", I can show you exactly if they are banned and what they are banned for, Because the only people who are banned from our services are for cracking attemps, fraud and scamming. Its simple.

Not only allowing resellers to sell my products for $2 per key, which is under the price they paid me (???) , But they ruin my other resellers market standpoints. I have my make the smartest decisions and I can't just let people try to damage my company's value. So again, this is why his keys were locked because he didn't want to follow this rule. There's nothing wrong with this because he was told the conditions of his sale.

For instance, If you buy a game like Rust and it has EAC on it, If you violate the rules and you get banned, it doesn't automatically make you entitled for a refund, In this case he was warned 5-6 times and then his contract was canceled. Its the same logic mate.

I always assume there is a competitive advantage, which is why I go considerable lengths to ensure that the information I receive is legitimate and not attempted sales trashing.

I do this by either -
*requiring full-screen (non-region'd) videos with page refresh
*authorized remote access
*image pixel scans for edit checks
*proof that it's not a duplicate server via ID checks

I don't dispute your right to protect your business, but I do have a problem with taking someone's money for an (presumably) unjust reason and then taunting them in a public channel about taking it. I can't think of a reason that would be the acceptable course of action.

IF someone is cracking or manipulating your software, then I totally understand that violates an agreement between you and the customer. But if that isn't the reason; such as a negative review or something along those lines, there is no excuse for that. (Accusing you of this, only giving an example.)

Do you have a timestamped list of rules that your resellers agree to via buyer confirmation? If so, are they available in your Discord for all to see or website? (I'd like to see them).

You’ll be fine. Just make sure you have the GPU capable of running it and remember it is an AI bot so you’ll need to tune it quite a bit.

You’ll be fine. Just make sure you have the GPU capable of running it and remember it is an AI bot so you’ll need to tune it quite a bit.

The rules are set out in chat before the keys are sold By Our only key distrobuter (static) and the reseller is always told before sale two simple things: he cannot scam users, and he cannot sell keys below our accepted market price.

If he breaks these rules, he is warned. If he continues to break these rules (Like any other business in the universe), his keys are frozen. There is nothing wrong with us doing this, as it is no different to any other industry.
