First of all and most importantly, the support and the owner are very friendly. Replies are fast and helpful, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. That already makes a big difference.
Setting up the chair is very easy. No instructions needed just load and launch, so you will not struggle even if it is your first time using it.
Once everything is set up, it works smoothly. There are a lot of settings you can adjust and mess with to match your comfort and playstyle, but it is not complicated at all. Everything feels clean and easy to understand.
I only had a vouch key so I did not get to test the security yet.
Overall, the experience is superb. Definitely satisfied so far.
First of all, the thing that stood out to me the most is how responsive and helpful the developer is. Any questions I had were answered surprisingly fast, and not in a generic way either you can tell there is genuine effort behind the support. I had error with prediction but everything was sorted out quickly. That alone already creates a lot of trust and makes the overall experience much more comfortable.
Getting everything up and running was easier than I expected. Setup is fairly straightforward. Even if you’re not very experienced, you can follow along without too much trouble. There might be a slight learning curve at the beginning making configs for heros but nothing overwhelming especially with the available guide documents and support.
Once everything is set up, the software runs incredibly smoothly. That’s probably my favorite part about it. There are no weird functions and everything feels optimized. Ingame ui is clean and easy to navigate, so adjusting settings feels good rather than confusing.
+rep, i haven't recorded a ban on oreo, have been running nonstop for the last 3 weeks or so, had 1 freshy last over a week, maybe 2 after the first of the 2 waves recently, after the second wave, which I also dodged on it I loaded up a different provider while oreo was down and got hit on the second game, ran another on the other provider and got hit in 3 games, then they continue to mute me in discord for 24hrs saying im flagged, but clearly not because another freshy is running fine on oreo without changing serials or even reinstalling anything, if you're looking for a reliable chair to boost your egirl on, oreo is your one stop shop, 10/10 would recommend, you won't need to look for anything else

The entire support team, Reo and Beamer especially are more than respectful and willing to help. They continuously read tickets and chats to discuss what could potentially causing banned accounts, offering up solutions, even extending your purchased key time so that you can figure your stuff out and get back to gaming.
Not only is the menu a cut above any menu for any game i've ever used, but the amount of features this program has is insane. You can quite literally customize this menu to fit every single play style there is.
As for detections, not a chance. Oreo is 100% UD
Blizzard has had 2 pretty major ban waves in the last 2 weeks, one of them sacking over 25k users in a day or so i had read. There are people in the server currently who have played, raging and legit, every day through both of them and have yet to catch a ban. If you're getting banned while using this product, its your account you bought, your Hardware is flagged, or you were being blatant and got a good ole fashioned report ban.
i seriously cannot recommend these guys enough. I've never left a review on any menu ever, but this is as legit as a service like this can get.
If you want to play with the best advantage you can possibly get in OW come back into the discord and they will help you get sorted out. I guarantee it.
Will probably never try or use another OW product, this is as good as it can get, and constantly getting better.

Support is poor there is no refund protection. Essentially has scammed and to become silent when issue is not fixed. Reputation is correct, untrustworth provider this is. Do not purchase though may work certain systems host is inefficient frequently comes down can damage impact for users developer and staff... very lazy these people. Do not expect quality communication.
