You must be doing something wrong then mate, did you make sure to setup the config location in the loader settings before loading? Everything works perfect for me with no snapping, you need to learn to config the settings properly or ask in the Discord

got banned in the first hour even when i was using esp and aimbot with humanized settings issue is here we was 2 person and both of us got banned in same time even when the other guy was playing support hero's
detected cheats not worth it

We currently have over 100 active users, if it was detected causing bans in an hour we would have a bunch of ban reports and people complaining. Currently we have many users who have played actively for months with no bans. So even if there was up to 3-5 people out of 100 who get banned it is not really cause for concern and can be due to many factors such as your accounts, previous flags, spam reports and so on. The cheat itself doesn't cause any bans currently. But of course if you want you could make a support ticket and we can investigate your case to see what likely is the cause. I can gurantee you it is most likely not Xenon though based on the amount of active users we have that are fine and no reports from them.

Vouching for Xenon. I have been using them since May 2025 and have never been banned. The functionality is great, the developer is friendly, and the support is very fast. If you have an issue, it is usually fixed within a few days. I cannot say enough good things about Xenon, and the price is affordable.

I checked your ticket and saw our support team responded to you within 3 hours of opening the ticket although it was at at time where its late for us so sometimes tickets can take some hours to get to if its middle of night for us. Glad you were able to check the spam mail to find the key, usually it ends up there, it takes like 5 min on average for keys to automatically arrive so always make sure to check spam mail in future
