Hello,
Here's my story.
TLDR : Got scammed of 60$ due to having an antivirus, even with pictures, video of me, and their "proofing exe" which got all my PC intel (IP, ..., including the AV in the process list)
=== Step 0: Looking for a good OW cheat ===
After looking the

thread, seeing all the good reputation of the provided.
=== Step 1: Providing the ID and buying the cheat ===
Well, the procedure for the ID verification was quite straight forward.
Had to send a picture of me, the front and the back of my ID card.
After 2 days, I could bought the cheat with BTC.
However, the launcher told me "not authorized". And staff asked me to run "an additional proofing EXE" with a video of me and my whole desktop.
Highly motivated, I proceed. Then received a message saying that everything now OK. Time to play boys !
=== Step 2 : Running the stuff, but... ===
Starting the cheat, then starting the game. Seeing the GUI. That's nice.
So many parameters. Closing the game. 2 hours later, going back in and...
"Not authorized" message again.
Well. Let's send a support message. They were helpful the first time.
And here where the bad things begin.
=== Step 3 : Being ban for having an antivirus (Bitdefender) ===
In the support ticket, receive an answer saying I got banned for reversing the cheat.
Well. What could have trigger that ? In the meantime of the 2 hours, made laundry and changed the license of the Antivirus (annual license renew).
So, maybe is that ? It was already installed since the begging with their launcher in exception.
But that's the only thing I saw that could maybe trigger reverse behavior
Straight ahead, I explain what I think could have trigger their detection.
Also saying I agree to provide documentary proof (license of the AV, windows event, ... everything they need).
Since then.... No answer. Ticket marked as "on hold". Never been answered since.
=== Step 4 : Information from their mod on discord server ===
After asking multiple times on their discord, one of their mod (Binary) told me I will never get an answer. That I was running shady software. Which got me banned. That it was my fault for not respecting their rules about shady software.
After some talks, got an input from their main mod (Silverback), confirming what Binary told before. I was banned. Refund was ask but as "it was my fault", I should not expect something.
Finished muted on their discord for talking with other of their customers about my situation.
=== Conclusion ===
As using cheat for almost 10 years, never had this situation before.
Always had an AV which got an exclusion for my cheats (Even before I launched their proofing stuff)
But never lead me to an instant ban without any way to talk about.
I truly believe an exchange about what triggered that situation would had lead to a good conclusion. I would have been happy to make my PC compliant to their need.
My experience just lead to a big data leak (my ID) and a loss of 60$.
I wasn't expected that at all from a reputable provider. Ignore and screw people is not ok.
Documentary proofs :

Side notes :
1/ At this stage, I would not be astonished if they leak my ID.
But if they do, well. People would know what PC worth really.
2/ Occam's razor Principe : when a customer said by themself he have an AV. That they provide a bill for that AV, and you dump the AV in the process list, it mean they have an AV. Not anything else.
