It is a valid reason!
I can not login and i have no virus on my pc i have eset smart security one of the best anti-virus programs!
These accounts are russian accounts and they are hacked!
I can not recover the password because the mail does not exist
So the owner off the account get it back throw the support thats means the these accounts are hacked!

I bought BF4 prem and DA3 from him.
I failed to login into DA3 Account on the next day,so i contact him again. (maybe forgot my pw)
Immediately he sent me new AccInfo, thanks again.
Now It works like a charm!
