Buying PS3 BF3 Account!

I have the game, but I lost my account because my brother deleted the PS3 account.. Now when I try to input the online pass via another account it tells me that it is already in USE....

So either if someone knows what my problem is and how to help me please send me a PM..

I am willing to buy any account, does not matter which level, I pay through Paypal.

PS3 BF3 only, no other games.
