My Problem isnt the pc, modem or router. The technicans even replaced my port. The Problem is that I have VDSL and not ADSL, they cannot put me on a different line so I have to use VDSL... Ofcourse VDSL is a better cable, but they have various problems with lawyers.

Stay with T-Com/Telekom, its pretty dumb buying 16k on other providers like arcor or someone else. T-Com has the rights on almost all Last Rounds, so you have to pay a fee at T-Com too... You could say those providers are just resellers of T-Com thats why the prices are so low at T-Com/Telekom.
