Searching Page-Reloader for blogger

As I said, I have a script as XML for bloggers to my blog looking refreshed automatically each 30 seconds. I think that's pretty much impossible to find an XML script to refresh. Unfortunately, my hosting provider supports, (blogger) is also not a PHP otherwise the problem would be resolved quickly.
I can insert elements Javascript maybe because what you tinker together.

Would be very nice.
