hi, I got an unfair negative given to me.. just because the person was mad at me for giving him a neutral... even though he deserved it. I have him saying on skype that he gave me the negative because I gave him neutral. and i never did anything wrong to deserve this, but when I tried to report it it wouldn't allow me to? said I need points or something? how is it I cannot report false negative?

that what he said in my negative. and the reason he said this was because i bought a boost from him, he said he would do in a day. and it went on for almost 3 weeks of him saying reasons he couldnt get to it. one day his dad died. one day he pc broke. one full week he was busy working in the army.. was always something. and i explained that in my neutral towards him.
he admits in his negative that i never scammed anyone. why should i get red.
