Good VPN's?

I'm looking for a VPN which allows me to exchange german PSC without any hassle.
So far all VPN's are anonymous IP's which don't allow me to do so.

Yea, Cyberghost should be the best option. They have servers in a lot of countrys with low latency times and normal IPs.

VyprVPN is very nice. Unlimited Russian VPN I'm using it to play Rocket League. 30-40 Ping.

when you use vpn is your ip at the moment safe but dont forget cookies like fingerprint

No one asked for crime. Calm down. If you really want to do "crime" you should know about those things anyways.

Someone that has a solution for this following issue?

I exchange PSC from all countries, but whenever I get an offline PSC from DE (50-100-200).
They will block if I use on my own IPadress. So when I use a VPN to make sure I got a german IP.
It will say that I need to stop using an anonymous IP adress.

Someone that has a solution please? Thanks alot!
