Can someone rate me negative without me taking any money from him

So the thing is that a guy wanted me to do his placements duoq. We negoticiated that if I do 8-2 or better he will pay me 20 € if worse 10. So the first game we lost cuz uncarryable top, 2nd game I had bugsplat and joined 7th min so we lost. And the guy decided to cancel the order ( he is in his right to). But he gave me negative as well, I explained to him that he can't give me negative as soon as I haven't taken any cash from him. I told him he can leave bad feedback in my thread if he want but giving me negative is wrong cuz he is the one to cancel the order.

negative is not only for scamming dude,
if you fail with your service he is in his right to rate you with neutral/negative.

but this is not the place to ask.

Go in and ask Mai-Lin. She will definetly handle that case.

but it is only to report scam and other violations like multi accounting .
If you want to get it removed you will have to buy premium and make a thread in tbm rating support.
