Steam Hours Tool

Does anyone know if there is a tool to stop steam from tracking hours played? If there is something like this out there for free or maybe someone is selling such a thing?

I don't mean offline mode because that disables me from playing multiplayer even if there is a 3rd party matchmaker. I want to play a game (GTA:O) without it tracking my hours. I have told someone I am not able to play much with them, but I actually want to play a lot

If anyone can point me in the right direction, maybe I am posting on the wrong section

I would not have purchased it through steam if it weren't for the fact I still want achievements.

Wow that worked really well. Is there any way to use it for gaining steam XP? Or are there any tools for that as well?
