I happened to see people asking to smilies up after the conquest, although it's simple ... It is the customer in GIF format. Then I take them to gif frame / frame and adjust the frame / second.
It is all there. It took me an hour to do.

ich kenne ja schon viele Programme um vorgefertigte ICQ Smilies ins ICQ einzufügen, jetzt wollt ich mal fragen wie man eigene machen kann, welche Größe, Format, und wie fügt man sie dann ein?

In some of the other posts an .ibf file has been given but no instruction on what to do with it
I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a step by step instruction on how to put them on. Plus it could also act as a guide for other people wanting the same thing.
