Du kannst soviele Gifts auf einem Account haben wie du willst. Musst nur drauf achten, dass du sie nicht versehentlich aktivierst.

wo sieht man das man nur 1 aktiviert bzw eins noch im inventar bleibt

die steam gifts liegen normalerweise einzelnen vor (gibt wenige ausnahmen).
