Ich habe ein Spiel gekauft bzw vorbestellt. Dabei handelte es sich um das Spiel
Total War: Rome II
So, das Spiel war einfach nur... SCHEIßE. Nicht im Sinne von Scheiße gemacht, den ich bin ein großer Total War Fan, aber ich fühle mich ein wenig belogen.
Ich habe für 55€ ein komplettes und funktionierendes Spiel gekauft und habe ein Spiel bekommen das so aussieht als ob es von der Alpha stammt und wir die Tester sind. Ich fühle mich belogen und betrogen. Hier mal ein paar Videos.

So das sind nichtmal alle Glitches, Bugs etc. Das Spiel ist einfach nur Schrott.
Ich habe 60 Stunden damit verbracht das Spiel irgendwie wieder hinzubiegen, habe auf Patches gewartet und und und. Nach 2 Monaten und 5 vollen Patches hat sich KAUM bis GARNICHTS geändert.
Und das war mir einfach genug, ich habe denen genug Zeit gegeben das Spiel einigermaßen hinzubiegen so das es wenigstens spielbar ist. Viele konnten das Spiel für Wochen garnicht erst starten ( ich auch nicht und habe ein guten PC ). Trotz gutem PC:

GeForce GTX 670 (400 verfickte Euro teure Grafikkarte) sry wenn ichs so sag.
8 GB RAM
Das Spiel geht nicht über Low Grafiksettings und selbst mit Low hat es nur knapp 20 FPS. Ich bin nicht der einzigste. 90% der Community von Rome 2 sind sauer und können das Spiel nicht genießen. Manche haben Geforce Titan als Grafikkarte und selbst die kommt nicht über Mittlere Einstellungen.
Ich bin sehr sauer und wie oben schon gesagt fühl ich mich verarscht. Diese 60 Stunden kamen nur zustande weil ich immer wieder mal nach den 5. Patches bisschen gespielt habe um zu gucken ob die was getan haben und ob sich etwas zum positiven verändert hat, aber nein.
So und laut diesem Gesetz:

Withdrawal and reduction
If a purchased product defect, the seller can fix this at the purchaser first or replace a defect-free item (remedy). To register other rights, the buyer must contact the seller to repair or replace basically a reasonable period. If the supplementary performance by the seller within the deadline or if it has not, so the repair or replacement strikes twice again fail, the buyer can also fall back on without fixing its other legal rights. This applies even if the remedy to the buyer is unreasonable exception or is refused by the seller.
The buyer can then a reduction of the purchase price (reduction) or to cancel the contract. Only very minor defects, the right of withdrawal is excluded. The buyer must then speak live with the defective item and can only demand a reduction. The extent of the discount at the reduction depends on the extent of the defect.
When canceling the purchaser must return the purchased item, the seller must refund the purchase price to him.
Habe ich das Recht mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Nun will mir Steam mein Geld nicht zurück geben weil ich angeblich 60 Stunden gespielt habe obwohl das nichtmal Spielen war. Ich konnte kaum spielen wegen den bugs.
Wie gesagt die oberen Videos zeigen ja nichtmal die Hälfte aller Bugs undso. Es ist wirklich frustrierend und es tut mir leid, wenn ich so viel schreibe..
Es würde noch so viel zusagen geben aber es ist einfach zu viel.
Im Offiziellen Forum werden wir gnadenlos ignoriert und Kritik wird abgelehnt und mit einem Bann belohnt. Ich möchte solche Unternehmen nicht unterstützen in dem die mein Geld behalten. Ich möchte mein Recht, mein HART (selbst wenn es nur 55€ sind ) verdientes Geld zurückhaben.
Ich bitte um eure Hilfe. Was kann ich tun?
