How to win unauthorized claim payment

Hey guys, yesterday i sold my account to some guy, he sent the money as a gift via PayPal. Today morning i saw he claimed that transaction as an unauthorized. Is there anything i can do? I got our conversation from Skype where he is saying that he will send the money to my account. His Skype account is registered with the same e-mail as his PayPal account, so that could be a prove as well? Help please, anyone who had the same case, i would appreciate!

you're screwed. Paypal does not care much for skype chats because they can be altered

But what will they do now? They will check for his IP, right? And if he didn't change it while sending the money to me, that should be prove that it's not an unauthorized transaction?

The account was most likely a stolen/frauded payment. You wont be seeing the shadow of your money again I'm afraid. Paypal is the most genius scam tool for online trades, yet everyone uses it.

After you got it back. Sell it again. And report him to the police. And contact the Paypal support. Sent them your skype pictures. Just try it.

Police cant do anything about this. Just collect informations from paypal, bank & Riot to prove it.

Here's my advice. Printscreen your conversation on skype from the start until the very end. Copy and paste the chat log and send it. Attach it your evidences [ Printscreen & Chatlog ] as a file on the dispute, and lastly request the paypal to check the IP address of the buyer because they can easily do that. I've got scammed so many times and won all of my cases on paypal.

Doesn't work. Trust me, I've done it. If he asks for a refund on PayPal saying the payment is unauthorized then he probably also had the brains to use a proxy when sending the payment for the first time.
PayPal do not read e-mails or disputes when it comes to this, they simply check the IP from the payment, track the location and then track the general login IP. If he used a proxy when paying then he's getting his money back and there's nothing you can do about it, sorry man.

On another note, wrong section. You should really read-up on the Forum rules and sub-forums. Posting this in the right section might have helped you a lot more.

You got some good point. I agree with you, but in my case, I won it. But, if the buyer used a proxy, then you're really screwed. If that happens though, recover your account from Riot.

You are not allowed to sell your account according to Riot's ToS, Paypal doesn't care at all about that
