April 1st 2009: Cheat Engine Commercialized
You might have noticed that Cheat Engine is now popping up a message saying you can buy a license to use Cheat Engine for a very reasonable price. I've decided to do this because the donations I was getting weren't really enough to live of anymore, and the ad income has dwindled a lot as well thanks to the economic crisis. So, to be able to feed my pet hedgehog and myself I've decided to sell Cheat Engine.
You can simply go to the payment center and choose what kind of license you want. 1, 3 or 6 months, but also if you want the delux version or the lite version. The difference between the delux version and the lite version is that the delux version comes with a debugger and kernelmode routines accessible with settings->extra, and the lite version does not.
P.s: If you intend to use Cheat Engine on other systems you must buy a new license for each new computer. It's hardware locked.
