This position is a work at home position with a permanent job contract.
Goals
* In-Game Support :
Answer community and gameplay incidents via in-game tools and e-mail
* Handle and manage the community :
- Solve harassment, insults, and racism issues
- Help new players to learning the game
- Monitor and manage the forums in the forums to keep in touch with the community
* Create and manage in-game events
* Make a daily report to the coordinator
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A strong motivation and high level of commitment
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in German
* Autonomy and good time management are requested skills
* Passion for MMOGs, RPGs or Online Communities
* Have a broadband internet connection and a good computer (able to run new MMOGs)
Pluses
* MMORPG working experience
* Knowledge of community tools
* Flexible schedule
