why?
after the megaupload get closed almost all top filesharing host have make no possable share links

• All sharing functionality on XXXXX is now disabled. Our service can only be used to upload and retrieve files that you have uploaded personally. If this file belongs to you, please login to download it directly from your file manager.

this means we cant use that host for make releases or share our files with the comunity

At the moment i just know 1 host filesharing will not have that Problem because is not us hosting is european

Ich werde nicht weitere Filesharingseiten teilen, da das hier nichtmal erlaubt ist, aber ein persönliches Anliegen:

MegaUpload - Closed.
FileServe - Schließt gerade, verkauft kein Premium.
FileJungle - Löscht files. Locked in den U.S.
UploadStation - Locked in den U.S.
FileSonic - Schließt.
VideoBB - Geschlossen! Wird bald verschwinden.
Uploaded - Banned in den U.S. und die Betreiber werden vom FBI gesucht.
FilePost - Löscht gerade alles.
Videoz - geschlossen und locked in den U.S.
4shared - Löscht urheberrechlich geschützte Files, stehen beim FBI auf der Liste
MediaFire - Entscheidet innerhalb der nächsten 90 Tage, kooperiert mit dem FBI
Org torrent - könnte innerhalb der nächsten 30 Tage verschwinden
Network Share mIRC - entscheidet gerade, ob Sie Ihre Dienste einstellen
Koshiki - kooperiert mit Japan, wird SOPA / PIPA nicht beitreten
Shienko Box - kooperiert mit china / korea wird SOPA / PIPA nicht beitreten
ShareX BR - Die Gruppen UOL / BOL / iG treten SOPA / PIPA bei

Japan, China und Korea kooperieren selbst wenn die Gesetze in den USA durchkommen nicht mit dem FBI, sondern folgen Ihren eigenen Werten.

P/S: mediafire hat angefangen urheberrechtliches Material zu löschen.

Warum sollte das nicht erlaubt sein? Machst du jetzt den gleichen Gedankensprung wie die US-Behörden und behauptest weil es illegales Material auf den Hostern gibt muss der ganze Dient illegal sein?
Filehoster sind das was der Name sagt, Hoster für Files. Nur weil dieser Dienst oft missbraucht wird heißt es nicht das jede Hosterseite irgendein Schwerverbrechen darstellt. Denk mal an die ganzen Leute die ihre Sachen bei solchen Diensten sichern, Spielemods die über OCHs verteilt werden. Das ist eigentlich der Sinn der Sache. Ihr müsst mal aus eurem warezverseuchten Denken rauskommen.
Das Anliegen des TE interessiert mich auch, leider kann ich keine Hoster die noch normal laufen aufzählen. Kenne nur das Mainstream an Filehoster.

Die Seite ist in anderen Ländern aber immernoch verfügbar.

Filesharingseiten sind im Prinzip vollkommen legal.
Die Seiten werden halt oft ausgenutzt um illegale Sachen zu Teilen.

Was meinst du warum Kim Schmitz sich als unschuldig behauptet?
