Can i buy silk if my paypal account is not verified but i got money on it? for example if i got 50$ on my paypal account, but im not verified (i didnt give credit card number), can i buy 500 silk then? and if i can, plz explain how, or gimme a link where i can check it.

paypal question 12/09/2008 - Conquer Online 2 - 2 Replies was thinking of quitting co and had heard of someone gettin banned for claiming bac the cash they paid threw paypal,is this possible or just someone winding people up?I havent bought many packs but would have been nice to get it back if i was for quittin anyway lol
Scamed/paypal question 11/18/2007 - Conquer Online 2 - 22 Replies Alrite sum1 wanted to buy all my super socs for $800 so i was like ok. They sent the $800 to my paypal n it was ther then i gave them my gears. 5mins later they reported ther paypal account as a unotherised transaction. i kno were not allowed to sell items like that but u guys have any idea wut the chances r after paypal is done investigating that i will still get the money?
