Fearful ... Insulting the guy who leeched UG bugs , just wrote Rat ( spy program) and after few minutes deleted my post and ... got warning
The infraction is scammer accussiation .. But he scammed me once again and BP banned his accounts ( for no reason? o.O )

Well, rat is an insult and RAT is malware. For the moderator it isn't obvious that you mean malware. (even you wrote it without capslock)

It's up to the moderator, there are moderators who just delete the post and there are some who punish them for that. Even in my opinion is "rat" not that hurtful and I'd give them no warn/infraction.

If you feel like you were given an unfair infraction, you can just ask the concerned moderator to remove it, given the fact you have a good reason why he should. If he insist, you gotta live with it. The complaint area is only a way to remove obviously wrong infras, not those that are marginal.
