Only 350 yen ;o That's like, only 3 euros!
But to be serious, is there any sort of make/os you have in mind? Such as Android, Windows etc?
The more information, the better the suggestion. I personally use a Windows Phone, the market isn't the best, however the hardware and it's price (with quality) is pretty good. The same goes the Android but it differs in some parts.
I'm not an Apple person, not fond of the majority of their products.

Do you like a windows phone? I'm not a big fan of windows8 on a phone so I think I rather have android.
I'm not going to buy apple, bad price/quality. I'm looking for maybe some personal experience you guys have with your phone

Then I'd suggest you Samsung Galaxy S4/S5. S5 is the new version, released recently in my country but I don't know if it's released or not in your country. ;<

Staaahp! I wouldn't normally buy nor recommend a smartphone with Android, but if I had no choice & had to choose one, I'd go for a Google / Motorola device, simply because of their update policy. You could buy a Nexus 5 for 300-ish€, which is within your price range and close to the S3's price but you're more likely to receive updates etc. than with a S3.

system updates, lol. Imagine being stuck on Windows Vista, not so cool, eh? I must admit it's a difference in prices, but perhaps the Nexus 4 suits your budget better? Apart from that: The Motorola devices, Moto G etc., are said to be really good while being cheap as ****.

I changed my mind, the s3 is too big for practical use. I'm trying to find a shop where they sell the nexus4 but the biggest multimedia store don't have them lol. (mediamarkt)
They sell the nexus 5 tho, which costs 100€ more.

It might be better if you'd increase your budget, if possible. Then, I am sure you'll get a epic phonie in your pocket! :<

Did you stuck in the middle ages?
There are plenty of custom firmwares whose developers are deploying updates every day - for free. Some of them are open source, CyanogenMod for example.

I'm using Samsung's S3 for more than a year now and I am absolutely satisfied with its performance and usability.
