It's probably because of your join date and lack of e*G. I think that having e*Gold on your account is the fastest way to level up. If you had about 2k - 3k, you'd go straight to level 16-17.

I love world of tanks, it's a pretty unique MMO. I've recently starting playing LoL though, and enjoying it so far. But, when you get on a death streak, It's annoying
