It's not that I don't want to. It's just there's been a few attempts before and guess what? They failed. Activity disappears in a few days. Ofc, it'd be great if it wouldn't.

Yeah I know what you mean. It would take a lot of time to revive the english community in the off topic section. I think if maybe now only 3 people start to revive this thread, and of course never lose activity, there is a slightly small change to revive the english off topic community. So why not try again?
